Physical Store/Salon FAQs

Notice Period:

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations made within the notice period (e.g., less than 24 hours) may incur a fee, often a percentage of the service cost (e.g., 50%).

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged the full service fee.

Items purchased directly from our physical salon location can be returned in-store only.

We accept returns on gently used products within 30 days of purchase. Please bring your receipt for a smooth return process.

Online Store FAQs

For any inquiries related to online orders, returns, or product questions, please reach out to us at onlinesupport@boulevard-salon.ca. We’re happy to help!

We accept all lightly used or opened products if you’re not satisfied—no questions asked—within 30 days of receiving your order. Your happiness is our priority!

Do not return items purchased through our online store to our physical location.  Please contact us through email directly.
