In-Store Returns

Items purchased directly from our physical salon location can be returned in-store only.

Boulevard welcomes you to return or exchange any liquid products (must be at least 2/3 full) with your in-store receipt—for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Hair Tool Returns

You can return hair tools in their original, unopened packaging with proof of purchase—within 30 days—for a full refund or exchange.

For in-salon buys, chat with your Boulevard location. After 30 days, we can’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

To keep things fair for everyone, we may limit returns if we spot any misuse of our return policy.

Pricing Errors & Online Order Cancellation

At our salon, we do our best to keep all prices listed on our site accurate and up to date—but hey, sometimes mistakes happen. If we spot a pricing error after you've placed your order, we may need to cancel or decline the order, even if it’s already been confirmed and paid for.

If that happens, we’ll let you know ASAP and refund you in full using your original payment method—no stress. While we’d love to honor every slip-up, incorrect prices aren’t guaranteed, and we reserve the right to correct or update pricing at any time, with or without notice.
